IQ Education have been advised by a number of London Head Teachers as to what questions they would like asked at interview stage. We incorporate these questions and any other you may have, in a carefully formulated interview process. In addition we provide the teachers with an induction guide to your school, unlimited resource material and if needed, professional development training. Once on-site regular progress reports with you ensures IQ remains one step ahead, providing an intelligent and quality recruitment solution.
