Education Recruitment Consultant We are an independent recruitment company specialising in the education sector. Your role will focus on recruiting and reference checking teachers to work schools, Generating business by outbound sales calls to new/existing schools acquiring short/long term bookings/positions and fill them with suitable candidates. You will be working to targets and KPIs and you will be judged and rewarded according to your results and successes. You will be given the tools to be successful and in essence you will be running your own small business. ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 1. Experienced in Education recruitment with a solid focus on sales IS A MUST. 2. You must have the drive to succeed - be energetic and self-motivated. 3. You will be able to listen and have excellent communication skills, as well as being able to forge and maintain relationships over the telephone. 4. Resilient & tough minded. 5. Able to impact & influence - have positive impact and ability to persuade others. 7. Able to establish credibility and enhance the image of our company. 8. A real professional with an eye for QUALITY & detail.
